The core mission of the Skellig Project Management Office (PMO) is to empower our project teams to execute successful projects. We accomplish this by providing the essential support and resources, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our customers’ satisfaction.
Recognizing the need to enhance our Project Management capabilities, we established the Skellig PMO. This office is responsible for guaranteeing that our teams receive the necessary support and knowledge to execute intricate, highly integrated projects. From identifying project risks during Project Initiation to documenting lessons learned during Project Closeout, the Skellig PMO actively participates in all phases of the project lifecycle. Our Project Managers are equipped with the resources, tools, and training needed to ensure successful project outcomes through the PMO.
