I found Skellig 2 years ago when I was looking for new job opportunities on LinkedIn.

2. What do you think makes a good engineering team?

One thing that I think makes a good engineering team is transparency. I find that being able to share relevant information openly and honestly increases trust and engagement across a team. 

3. What do you find meaningful about your work?

There is a lot of job satisfaction working in the life sciences industry as an automation engineer. The efforts we support can directly impact and improve lives all over the world.

4. What keeps you at Skellig?

I have been working as an automation engineer in the life sciences industry for about 7 years and what has kept me at Skellig for the past 2 years is that I feel supported by my team and leadership.
